”Despite their more than 20 years of experience, La Valentina manages to maintain a young and dynamic face. The producer, in the hands of Sabatino, Roberto and Andrea Di Properzio since 1994, was among the first to make issues like enviornmental sustainability central to their production philosophy. Their estate has grown and come to comprise 40 hectares, spread along of the Colline Pescaresi hills, from the slopes of the Majella all the way to the coast. Spoltore, Alanno, Civitella, Scafa, San Valentino, varying altitudes and climate patterns are rendered consistently by their Terroir and Classica selections of wine (Montepulciano, Cerasuolo, Trebbiano, Pecorino and Fiano)”
