“One of Montefalco’s leading wineries, Perticaia is a solid established producer that’s also bringing repute to the whole of Umbria. In 2017 the founder, Guido Guardigli, sold the winery to an Umbrian family located abroad, but nothing seems to have changed in terms of production seeming as though Guardigli himself remains in charge. Their wines show character and grip, yet everything is balanced by freshness, good richness of flavour and linger. Only a few wines are produced, but they all pay tribute to Montefalco.
