“A very fine and elegant, wild strawberry-scented Etna Rosso, on the more finessed and restrained end of the spectrum, fully ripe but vividly fresh and balanced. I like the silky, raw silk texture, the ripe and zesty acids, juicy but not shrill, and the exceptional depth of flavour and length. Complexity, too, is top notch.
