100% Trebbiano Spoletino

A mutation of Trebbiano d’Abbruzzo. This grape was brought back from near extinction. Only a dozen vineyards in Umbria grow this grape, from Spoleto to Montefalco. Very aromatic, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. Incredibly opulent, this white just keeps giving with every mouth quenching sip. Tropical fruit fragrances with yellow flowers. This wine is full-bodied with an enjoyable freshness and solidity.

Pairings: Baked fish with savory bread crumbs, Umbrian veal scallopine, pork chops with capers.
