Adjacent to the beautiful villa of Cocceius, which hosted Horace and Virgil on their journey from Rome to Brindisi, is located in the Sannio Caudino, the "Azienda Votino". On the eastern slopes of Mount Taburno, in a small town in the province of Benevento, the company produces top quality wines, thanks to its geographical location and climatic conditions. Today the company continues this activity while maintaining the identity of these vines with the territory. The harvest is made by hand, while the wine making is carried out with the latest techniques, thus enabling to obtain high quality products.

A tiny production of 50,000 bottles. Fortunato Votino a former doctor, now is in charge of making exceptional wines from his family vineyards.
