“A pure godello from Bierzo in northwestern Spain (Castilla y Léon on the border of Galicia), planted at over 500m, this has above-average complexity with ripe apple and white-fleshed orchard fruit, cherry and apple blossom, sweet herbs and more. The palate also shows solid concentration, depth and length. A wine of excellent substance. Drink now or hold a half dozen years.
