The wine is pale yellow in colour with green reflections. It has a brilliant fresh nose of apple, pear, mineral and herbal notes. Very round mid-palate with a wonderful mouth feel. Fresh but harmonious and soft even with a presence of lactic acid components. Nicely complex, finishes on a lemony drop note.
