“This is a blend of nero d'avola and local nocera and nerello mascalese from a DOC in the Messina area. It has ripe, soft, generous nose of cranberry, red plum and raspberry jam with herbal notes plus lightly toasty oak and tobacco. It is medium-full bodied, open knit and quite sour-edged.
