“Malvasia is widely grown in Italy as a blending variety, but here meritoriously singled out, and given deft treatment. It has generous almost tropical aromas of pineapple, Asian pear, lemon blossom and fresh herbs/bay leaf. It is medium weight, polished and bright with moderate acid and rich flavours.
